Exchange your watch

You already own a watch and you would like to exchange it for one of our models for on sale on our site, or order a new model that we can offer you at the best price. 

In this case, we let you fill in our form with as many details as possible about your watch so that we can offer you a price range for your watch, which will give you an input for your new purchase.

As soon as we reach an agreement, you send us your watch to our address by secure shipment, we will tell you how to proceed for a safe shipment knowing that we can send our UPS carrier to your home to take possession of your watch. As soon as we receive your watch, we will check its general condition and we will confirm the amount of the trade-in. 

Following our agreement, you transfer the amount of the balance to our account and upon receipt of the full amount, we will prepare your watch for shipment by UPS to the address of your choice. In the case of an exchange for you, we will transfer the difference to your account.
